Prime members can look forward to some of Amazon's best deals of the summer during this year's Prime Day event. We're offering members discounts on some of the hottest brands, socially trending items, and creator favourites to make this June event even more valuable for members. As part of their membership, Prime members will be able to take advantage of deep discounts across more than 35 categories including electronics, kitchen, beauty, and apparel and get their shopping done early for back-to-school, avoiding the lines and enjoying fast, free delivery with Prime. We know members love savings, so we are working hard to offer the hottest deals from new brands and trending products you can only shop on Amazon.
 
Prime Day 2026 will take place in June in Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States. Prime members in Australia, Brazil, India, and Japan will be able to shop Prime Day deals later this summer.
 
Worldwide, last year's event saw record-breaking sales, with Prime Day 2025 being the biggest Prime Day event ever. Customers saved billions on deals across more than 35 product categories — more savings than any previous Prime Day event. Independent sellers, most of which are small and medium-sized businesses, make up more than 60% of sales in Amazon's store and help make Amazon's wide selection possible. They achieved record sales and a record number of items sold.
 
Amazon also hit another milestone last year by delivering at its fastest speeds ever for Prime members globally for a third consecutive year, delivering more than 13 billion items the same day or next day worldwide — including more than 450 million items arriving the same or next day for Prime members in Canada. And it's not just time that customers are saving — in 2025, Canadian Prime members on average saved more than $200 CAD on fast, free delivery alone, which is more than twice the cost of an annual membership fee.
